Why us?
Scotland, done right.
My Scottish Pass was created by people who live and breathe this country. Our founder Geoff has worked in Scottish tourism from a young age and brings a deep passion for Scotland, its history, and for crafting outstanding visitor experiences.
We’re proud to be a local, independent company based in Scotland – not a faceless booking engine. We also run our own attraction, Stirling Old Town Jail, which was recently awarded VisitScotland’s highest quality assurance rating – because we care about creating brilliant experiences for our visitors. Everything we do is rooted in community values, responsible travel, and a deep love for Scotland’s landscapes, people, and stories.
In 2025, we went a step further and opened our own community tourism hub in Stirling, offering local info, attraction tickets, and a platform for small businesses and independent guides. It’s our way of supporting our tourism community and making sure visitors discover the incredible stories and places that don’t always make it into the guidebooks. Our passes across Scotland, including the Stirling City Pass and Edinburgh City Pass, help visitors uncover a wider range of amazing experiences beyond the usual sights – and supporting the people and places that make Scotland truly special.
We also believe a good business should be good to its people. Our partners and team are paid fairly, treated with respect, and given space to do what they do best. We foster a happy, flexible work culture that encourages pride, creativity and authenticity.
Sustainable Tourism
Tourism should enrich the places it touches – not erode them. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We work to:
- Spread visitor footfall to lesser-known, incredible experiences
- Champion community-led tourism that protects local character
- Avoid over-tourism in fragile or crowded areas
- Collaborate with other operators to drive long-term, positive change
We want to be part of the solution – and help our visitors become part of it too.
